All that Cygnet does is geared towards organisational development even when our involvement is limited to a specific group of staff. However because of the range of services we offer, it is possible for us to engage in company-wide activity. This may involve helping to develop competency frameworks, profiling staff against them, developing a co-ordinated training strategy and providing development training. It may include the design of specific systems to support the changes being promoted and training staff in their use: examples would be a project management system, or an appraisal system. Through our emphasis on attitudes and values as well as behaviour, Cygnet can, through company-wide training, help stimulate consistent culture change.
