Anne graduated from Nottingham University with First Class Honours in Production Engineering and Management before gaining her MA in Development Planning. Anne has worked both in the manufacturing industry and international aid sectors - working mainly on leadership and organisational development.

Drawing on this experience, Anne focuses on helping clients to develop leadership in an integrated way throughout their organisations and also specialises in project management, leadership development and HR consultancy. As well as being a Cygnet Associate, Anne is a board member of a large international relief and development agency.
