James worked at Lloyds of London before becoming Chief Executive of an international leadership organisation. Currently he is Managing Director of a charitable development agency acting as a conduit for development funding to the Balkans and Africa. He has worked with Cygnet since 1991 and is a specialist in people management issues, mentoring and coaching. He has been involved in developing leaders, as a manager and trainer, for over 25 years.
