Tony is a Cygnet founding partner and associate . He retired a few years ago but still works for Cygnet as an associate particularly 121 with Senior Executives.

Tony had a career with the RAF including being in charge of all non-comissioned officer training. He subsequently worked with an international leadership development organisation.

He particularly focuses on helping individual leaders think through their strengths and their role, helping them to align these more closely. He also likes to help leaders put this in the context of their wider career and life.
