Following his graduation from The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Thompy gained extensive management experience during service as a lieutenant in two regiments overseas, moving subsequently into manufacturing industry. Since, as an accomplished lecturer and consultant, he has spent many years working alongside professional leaders, providing mentoring and consultancy in leadership development, strategic planning, staff development, training trainers and project management.
