Sarah has a strong academic background (PhD, MBA and currently researching in international business) combined with wide ranging experience in management and leadership development including internationally.

Sarah started in local government ending up as lead on  corporate and service planning processes as well as project and programme management. She then moved in to the international development sector working with organisations in developing countries to grow and develop their leadership and management capacity. More recently Sarah has been working as an academic in a top UK University Business School as well as becoming the Operations Director of an exciting new online startup. Sarah is passionate about seeing organisations and individuals reach their full potential and successfully achieve their aims.
